Biography

Mark joined Caversham in early 2007 as a Non Executive Director after a very successful career with Deutsche Bank Group where he worked in New York, London and Jersey. On his retirement he was Global Head of Banking, Custody & Investment Services for Deutsche Bank International Limited.

With over thirty years experience in the financial services industry he credits his professional success on his ability to empower, motivate and coach personnel to produce a strong team culture. Initially Mark's focus will be on the further development of the firm's risk management systems.

Mark is married with three children and is a keen sportsman in his spare time.
