The Caversham group operate a robust compliance standards framework. Our procedures meet and in many cases exceed industry standards.
 
We are regulated by the Jersey Financial Services Commission in the conduct of Trust Company Business under the Financial Services (Jersey) Law 1998.

Caversham is  committed to conducting business to the highest regulatory standards in compliance with all relevant legislation and best practice. This means that as part of the process of getting to know our customers  we ask them  to complete a detailed questionnaire and to provide us with evidence of their identity.

We seek to update this information on a regular basis to ensure that we are fully informed of changes in our customers' circumstances and so are able to offer advice that is up to date and relevant to their needs.
