By air - Harbour Reach is 15 minutes by taxi or hire car from Jersey Airport. Follow signs for St Helier via the B36, then the A12, then the A1 followed by the A2, which is the only dual carriageway on the Island. At the end of the main section there are two sets of traffic lights and the approach to an underpass. Take the left exit just before the underpass following the signs for St Helier Harbour and Waterfront and turn on to La Route du Port Elizabeth. At the next roundabout before reaching the Elizabeth Terminal take the second exit to the Waterfront. Rue de Carteret is then the first turning on the left and the office entrance is at the end of the road next to the Elizabeth Marina. The nearest public car park in on La Route du Port Elizabeth and is two minutes walk from the office.

By sea - It is two minutes drive or five minutes walk from Elizabeth Terminal. Follow signs to St Helier on La Route du Port Elizabeth. At the first roundabout take the first exit to the Waterfront. Rue de Carteret is then the first turning on the left and the office entrance is at the end of the road next to the Elizabeth Marina. The nearest public car park in on La Route du Port Elizabeth and is two minutes walk from the office.
